Tu impacto


Como
Customer Care Specialist serás responsable a nível LATAM de revisar, procesar y monitorear numerosos aspectos de la experiência del cliente en el uso de nuestras plataformas, mientras mantienes excelentes níveles de servicio al mismo.

El puesto requiere una gestión proactiva y experiência consultiva, representando profesionalmente a MailUp ante el cliente.

A continuación, se muestran algunos ejemplos de las responsabilidades:

  • Construir una relación sólida con el cliente, asegurándose de que se cumplan los requisitos necesarios para que el mismo tenga una experiência satisfactoria como usuario de nuestros productos.
  • Resolver las consultas y problemas de los clientes directamente cuando sea posible.
  • Brindar una experiência personalizada para ayudar a nuestros clientes a aprovechar todos los beneficios de nuestros productos.
  • Desarrollar y detectar el potencial de los clientes para reconocer oportunidades de cross sell y upsell.
  • Desarrollar y llevar a cabo webinars de producto y marketing digital
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo técnico para informar problemas y sugerir soluciones.

¿Qué Pedimos?


  • Más de 1 año de experiência como Customer Care Specialist (o puestos similares) en compañías de entornos digitales o afines.
  • Graduado/ estudiante avanzado en las carreras de Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicaciones o similares.
  • Conocimientos de Idioma Inglés Nível Intermedio.
  • Poseer Experiência en Servicios CLOUD.
  • Disposición para el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
  • Personalidad metódica con orientación al trabajo por objetivos y poseer la capacidad de liderar varios proyectos en simultáneo.
