Daily Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in disease management and therapy to assist clients effectively.
- Provide safe and dependable customer service along with product-focused technical assistance for Medtronic Diabetes clients.
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching to maintain current product and system knowledge, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational goals.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product functionality, troubleshooting, specifications, warranties, and accessories.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage calls, follow-ups, and administrative duties, achieving both team and individual performance metrics.
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm resolution of their issues and ensure they are progressing well with their therapy.
- Record customer feedback and document troubleshooting actions taken.
- Ensure that the support and solutions provided align with departmental and operational protocols.
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective conflict resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and familiar with common Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
