La Oportunidad
Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá en IFO International Finance.
Que harás
Garantizar el proceso de recepción de las diversas cargas en el depósito aduanero y envió documental al área de comercio exterior 2.
Garantizar un excelente control de los procesos relacionados con la gestión del depósito aduanero, así como, las entregas al operador logístico.
3.Garantizar el control de los inventarios a nível de WM en los diversos sites de Abbott, así como, la gestión y visibilidad de inventarios en consignación.
4. Cumplir y hacer cumplir el código de ética corporativo. 5. Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de la compañía.- Coordinar la recepción de las diversas cargas en el depósito aduanero, con el operador logístico
- Archivar / guardar los diversos soportes de recepción a nível aduanero, así como, notificar diariamente los ingresos a comercio exterior para inicio de proceso de nacionalización.
- Garantizar la exactitud del inventario de la compañía, mediante el conteo y conciliación diaria de inventarios cíclicos, así como, el control y exactitud de inventarios en consignación de los clientes
- Atención y solución a novedades de inventario, relacionados con los diversos procesos del área incluido proceso de facturación.
- Control y seguimiento al proveedor de toma de inventarios en clientes, así como, revisión de las diferencias de los inventarios en consignación de AVD y Medical Device, para redireccionamiento y solución del área responsable.
- Brindar soporte para atención a auditorías: financieras, Etica and Complience.
- Garantizar el control de la operación mediante cierres diarios y mensuales, para lo cual se desarrollará archivos de visibilidad en PBI para los clientes internos.
Cualificaciones requeridas
Ingeniería industrial, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de producción o afines.
Cualificaciones preferidas
Experiência mínima 1 año en procesos logísticos y conocimientos asociados al ciclo del producto.
Manejo de Excel, Word, preferiblemente conocimientos en SAP (SD) y PBI.
