Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un Business Development Representative (BDR) para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas. Liderarás conversaciones exploratorias con clientes potenciales, demostrando cómo Atom puede impulsar su crecimiento.

Buscamos individuos con un enfoque disciplinado en ventas y profundo conocimiento de plataformas de automatización de marketing, con altas capacidades comunicacionales con Gerentes de Marketing.

Responsabilidades Cumplir con su cuota de ventas asignada y los indicadores comerciales relevantes.
Buscar nuevas negociaciones claves que lleven al crecimiento de la organización.
Trabajar con el equipo interno de marketing y de producto para buscar nuevas oportunidades para la empresa.

Identificar oportunidades de venta analizando empresas e industrias objetivo para desarrollar una comprensión integral de sus necesidades, desafíos y puntos débiles.

Utilización de Hubspot para gestionar y realizar un seguimiento eficaz de los clientes potenciales, los prospectos y las interacciones con los clientes a lo largo del ciclo de ventas.

Habilidades Inteligencia para entender cuál es la propuesta de valor de Atom y comunicarla con sus prospectos.
Autonomía y disciplina para ejecutar sus tareas.
Mentalidad orientada a los resultados para cumplir con su cuota y seguir creciendo.

Habilidades de pensamiento analítico y estratégico, con la capacidad de investigar y analizar industrias, competidores y prospectos para identificar oportunidades e impulsar estrategias de ventas exitosas Requerimientos Experiencia previa exitosa en ventas en empresas de tecnología, o Start ups SaaS b2b.

Un historial de alto rendimiento.
Conocimiento en estrategias de creación de base de datos y tecnologías para hacerlo.

Conocimiento de estrategias de prospección digital y utilización de canales digitales, incluidos Sales navigator, llamadas en frío, y correo electrónico.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
