The Communications and Culture Senior Leader will be responsible for developing the internal communications policies, guidelines, and practices.

This position will support our efforts to carry our culture forward, empower our employees to help us position Primo outside, and allow us to attract and retain the best talent.


This role will provide strategic advice to several stakeholders, which is essential to strengthening the C-suit reputation within the company.

The position will report to the HR Director and be located in Medellín, Colombia.

Top 5 tasks & responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of the internal communication strategy, focused on culture and change management.
  • Ensure the right use of the internal communication channels to provide organizational clarity and coherence.
  • Translate complex topics into compelling messages.
  • Contribute to executing plans and actions to strengthen Primo ́s employment branding, including content creation, liaising with Marketing for social media management, and participating in external events.
  • Support HR processes as people experience, health and safety, talent acquisition, change management, and training, serving as a sound advisor and executor of strategic communications actions.
  • Ad-hoc assignments.

Required Skills, Education & Experience

  • Master ́s degree in Communications (all specialties), advertising, or similar is required.
  • With a Master ́s degree, 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading internal communications strategy design and execution is required.
  • Experience leading culture and change management processes is required.
  • Experience as a community manager or content creator is highly desirable.
  • Experience in employment branding strategy design and execution is an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with high level stakeholders is necessary.
  • International experience is an asset.
  • Advanced English and Spanish are required.
