**What do you need?**
- Professional in marketing, communications or related areas with more than **8 years** of experience.
- Minimum** 4 years **of experience in the **execution of integrated marketing campaigns **in **US** in the **Information Technology (IT)** sector.
- Analytical skills for KPI tracking and brand positioning analysis.
- Experience in operations such as targeting, B2B lead generation and Inbound/Outbound strategies.
- Writing and written communication skills for content creation in different media.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, effectively involving different departments.
- Creative mindset and adaptability to a dynamic and agile culture.
- Knowledge of market monitoring tools and the employer brand concept.
- **English level C1**.
