Nuestro Commercial Excellence Associate desempeñará un papel crucial en la gestión administrativa y la puesta en marcha de proyectos inherentes del área, teniendo bajo su responsabilidad la contribución al desarrollo de proyectos de estrategias para las categorías y/o marcas en el Trade incluyendo análisis de datos de mercado, tendencias y comportamiento de las marcas Haleon.
Tus responsabilidades:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave como:
- Colaborar en el análisis de datos de mercado para identificar oportunidades y desafíos.
- Contribuir al control eficaz del presupuesto de ventas.
- Desarrollar herramientas de análisis para optimizar los procesos del área.
- Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de planes de trade.
- Soportar canales y equipos comerciales con el fin de alcanzar sus objetivos de distribución por marca/canal /PDV y garantizar la disponibilidad de producto de acuerdo con las estrategias de la marca y necesidad de mercado.
- Hacer seguimiento y supervisión a las oportunidades de negocio, a través de un trabajo en equipo con Ventas.
- Gestionar las acciones necesarias para la codificación y correcta implementación de estrategias hacía el trade.
- Participar y mostrar actualizaciones sobre estrategia y ejecución local en las sesiones de seguimiento de negocio.
- Asistir y dar apoyo en presentaciones a stakeholders.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando profesionales con las siguientes características:
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.
- 2 años de experiência combinada entre Shopper Marketing, trade marketing/ventas en empresas de FMCG & farmacéuticas o de consumo masivo.
- Conocimiento e interés en Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consumer Insights.
- Inglés Intermedio Avanzado.
- Manejo de Excel avanzado.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización de datos (Deseable).
