- Modalidad híbrida: 3 días en oficina y 2 días en casa
- Capacidad para trabajar festivos con reconocimiento del recargo correspondiente
Responsabilidades:
- Brindar un servicio excepcional a los clientes, garantizando su satisfacción y fidelización
- Resolver consultas, quejas y problemas de los clientes de manera eficiente y profesional
- Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes y actualizar la base de datos según sea necesario
