Responsabilidades clave:
- Causaciones de compras, facturas de ventas, recibo de cajas, comprobantes de egreso, análisis de cuentas, conciliaciones bancarias, impuestos (IVA, ica, reteica, fuente, retefuente, medios magnéticos).
- Registraciones.
- Gestión de cuentas (análisis y apertura).
- Conciliaciones bancarias.
- Elaborar los reportes contables y reportes al exterior, en concordancia con los estándares locales e internacionales del cliente.
- Revisar los documentos registrados en los sistemas de información contable.
- Velar por que el reporte de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar, se encuentre actualizado.
- Estar al tanto del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contables y tributarias.
Requisitos clave:
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de la carrera de Contador Público o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años preferentemente en posiciones similares del rubro de outsourcing o estudios contables (deseable).
- Ingles Intermedio (deseable).
- Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas office.
