Responsible for accurate and appropriate recording of accounting transactions. Responsible for internal reporting compliance according to Alfa Laval's Group overall structure. Responsible for completing full P&L and Balance Sheet as well as securing Group, Statutory and Tax Reporting. Prepare and/or review required tax returns. Coordinate with counterparts in the finance processes (e.g. Finance Shared Service Center personnel or personnel within Local Finance). Coordinate forecasting. Coordinate and supervise the compliance for audits: financial and external auditors. Process owner for accounting processes within a company ensuring quality and driving improvements. Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures ensuring compliance with statutory and group rules. Prepare and review entries to the general and statistical ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles and procedures. Recommend changes in financial policies and procedures as necessary. Monitor established internal controls to assure proper compliance. Review and document accounting practices, controls and procedures and work on continuous improvement of processes. Checking the Accounting of fixes and current assets. Responsible for Finance ERP systems and contribute to its improvements. Assign tasks and scope for the Accounting Team: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant and Intern. Comply with leadership tasks in Alfa Laval (development, performance evaluation, etc)  Administrative activities include the supervision through the Finance and treasury team: relations with external governmental entities such as tax, immigration, health and safety, legal entities, etc.

Requirements:

Accounting degree Experience leading Accounting Processes Ideally experience leading Accounting Teams Great communication and relationship skills English fluency to participate in global meetings, understanding and speaking.
