Perfil:

  • Psicología, recursos humanos, gestión empresarial, afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiência en RH, negocio, estrategia y cultura empresarial.
  • Manejo de algún software de gestión de capital humano global.
  • Experiência gestionando clientes a nível LATAM.
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable.

Objetivo:

Funciones:

  • Diseñar y llevar a cabo estrategias de recursos humanos que apoyen el crecimiento y la consecución de los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Promover una cultura corporativa para la retención del talento.
  • Evaluar las políticas y planes del área de RH y plantear otras nuevas.
  • Resolver dudas y problemas de los empleados con respecto al funcionamiento de la organización y lo que se espera de su trabajo.
  • Identificar las necesidades formativas de cada departamento y elaborar programas de formación para la plantilla.
  • Gestionar el desarrollo del talento en la compañía: identificar los perfiles con alto potencial e impulsar su formación y promoción interna.
  • Liderar procesos de cambio e innovación en la empresa para aumentar la productividad y mejorar los resultados.
  • Servir de enlace entre empleados y dirección interna y externa para conseguir un buen clima.
  • Conocimientos y experiência sobre cultura empresarial y las diferentes áreas de negocio, como administración, marketing, ventas, procesos, etc.

Habilidades/Aptitudes:

  • Fuertes habilidades de estrategia, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e inteligencia emocional.
  • Capacidad para liderar, tener iniciativa y mostrar proactividad.
