The Role

The Senior Analyst, Partner Market Expansion will work closely with the Market Expansion Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and expansion in the wholesale market. This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities, develop plans, and track progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular meetings and reports with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of market expansion plans, including regional and country-specific strategies.
  • Lead and track partner integration performance to ensure that business KPIs are being met.
  • Synchronize with the partner marketing team and marketing planning team to ensure synergy and business alignment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 4/5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment company.
  • Well-versed in managing relationships with external partners and collaborating internally across various teams.
  • Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
  • Comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
  • Above-average skills in self-management under changing environments.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PayTV and/or Streaming ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding platforms such as Looker, Power Bi, Tableau or similar.
  • Experience working collaboratively with teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
