Our Digital Service Coordinator is the first contact person in the digital arena for Digital Service for our clients and redirects to the right business unit in Latam when needed.


  • Present budget proposals for Digital Service Sessions adhoc or subscriptions
  • Support and teamwork with the marketing team to promote Digital Services on social media and internally.
  • Establish routines to monitor and feedback to sales engineers and customers with connected equipment.
  • Monitor and track lead from Digital Service Team for Latam sites.
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction in the digital arena.
  • Participate and develop further de Digital Service Hub with central colleagues and other clusters.
  • Secure a strong QHSE culture within the team.
  • Give direction and ensure that FSE's are performing with a strong customerorientated mindset.
  • Manage basic performance issues within the team appropriately and quickly.
Ensure that FSE's with the correct skills are selected in close cooperation with coordinators for complex jobs.

  • Ensure effective management of people in remote areas.
  • Ensure that the team is equipped with the right tools and that the tools are fit for purpose.

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Engineering degree in mechanics, mecanic
- electric, mechatronics, electronic, chemical or industrial

  • Previous experience: positions in industrial sector (coordination, planning and or projects)
  • Spanish advanced
  • English intermediate (conversational, reading and writing)
  • Specific technical knowledge: lean six sigma, troubleshooting and technical inquiries.

  • Presentar propuestas de presupuesto para Digital Service Sessions adhoc o suscripciones.
  • Apoyar y trabajar en equipo con el equipo de marketing para promocionar los Servicios Digitales en las redes sociales e internamente.
  • Establecer rutinas de seguimiento y feedback a ingenieros de ventas y clientes con equipos conectados.
  • Supervisar y realizar un seguimiento de los clientes potenciales del equipo de Servicios Digitales para las sedes de Latam.
  • Supervisar y hacer un seguimiento de la satisfacción del cliente en el ámbito digital.
  • Participar y seguir desarrollando el Digital Solution Center con los colegas de nuestra Central y otras regiones.
  • Asegurar una fuerte cultura HQSE dentro del equipo.
  • Dirigir y garantizar que los FSE actúen con una mentalidad orientada al cliente.
  • Gestionar adecuada y rápidamente los problemas básicos de rendimiento dentro del equipo.
  • Garantizar la selección de FSE con las competencias adecuadas en estrecha colaboración con los coordinadores para los trabajos complejos.
  • Garantizar la gestión eficaz del personal en zonas remotas
  • Garantizar que el equipo esté equipado con las herramientas adecuadas y que las herramientas sean adecuadas para su propósito.
Requerimientos

  • Formación: Ingenieria Mecánica, mecánica electrica, mecatrónica, electrónica, quimica o industrial
  • Experiência previa: Cargos afines en el sector industrial (coordinacion, planificacion y/o Proyectos)
  • Nível de español avanzado.
  • Nível de ingles, intermedio ( conversacional y/o fluido)
  • Conocimiento técnico especifico, lean six sigma, análisis de fallas, resolución de problemas técnicos
