We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team.
This is a crucial role that supports our agents in managing and coordinating the various stages of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the transaction process from listing to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
- Review and analyze contracts and addendums to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Input and update property information, listings, and transaction details in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) accurately and promptly.
- Utilize Dotloop, our document management platform, to create, edit, and organize transactional documents such as contracts, addendums, and disclosures.
- Effectively communicate with all parties involved, including agents, lenders, inspectors, and title companies, to ensure timely completion of all necessary tasks and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain and organize transaction files, ensuring all documents and records are complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Utilize Follow Up Boss, our CRM system, to track and manage transaction progress, followups, and client communications.
- Collaborate with agents and other team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows to enhance the overall transaction experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge and proficiency in working with the MLS, Dotloop, and Follow Up Boss.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes, & contracts.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including Google Business Suite and document management systems.
