About the role:
The project coordinator will lead and coordinate the stakeholders within the plans & permits process for residential projects in the US.
Also, the need to speak with the customers and keep track of them on a daily basis while providing the client the best experience possible throughout the duration of their project.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reportsfor project managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource schedulingso that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
- Support team members when implementing risk managementstrategies. Be a team leader.
- Experience in the coordination of architectural designs, involving the management of resources, schedule, suppliers and clients
- Experience in building management preferred.
- Pos sale experience preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills. Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
- Knowledge on different project management tools, such as Microsoft 365 or similar libraries for data entry, budgets control and other important documents.
- Positive attitude to handle the stress of unexpected challenges
- Experience managing teams of 5 people or more.
Pay:
$1,200 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
