NRM, se dedica a analizar conceptos financieros para llegar a conclusiones de la estrategia comercial, con el fin de impactar la estrategia, las ventas y la utilidad de la farmacéutica de consumo masivo más grande a nível mundial.
Propósito:
Ser un punto de soporte en actividades del programa
Net Revenue Management:
gross to net, estrategia y arquitectura de precios, mix de marcas/assortment y evaluación de inversión promocional, desde el punto de vista Financiero.
El Practicante de NRM de HALEON será una pieza fundamental en el proyecto más importante para la compañía: Net Revenue Management.
retorno de las inversiones, análisis de precios, mix de rentabilidad y análisis de las promociones.
Su rol girará en torno a que los procesos funcionen de manera adecuada, se brinde un servicio de consultoría al área comercial y financiera con el fin de agregar valor a las ventas y utilidades de la farmacéutica de consumo masivo más grande a nível mundial.
Principales responsabilidades:
NRM
- Ser el gestor de la cultura del Net Revenue Management.
- Correr ejercicio relacionado con los pilares del
NRM:
Precio, G2N, Assortment y Promotion.
- Desarrollar al equipo comercial por medio del NRM para cumplir con los objetivos de la compañía.

- Consolidar y construir la base de datos de G2N
- Generar información y análisis robustos para la toma de las decisiones en la estrategia de inversión en colaboración con el área comercial, financiera, marketing y trade marketing.
- Supervisar y realizar seguimiento de la inversión de G2N en todos los canales generando análisis comparativos con el plan, buscando siempre maximizar el ROI.

- Generar información y análisis robustos para la toma de decisiones en la estrategia de fijación de precios entre los canales y los clientes en colaboración con el área comercial, financiera, marketing y trade marketing.
- Monitorear precios entre canales y competencia en busca de tener una correcta estrategia de precios y así lograr maximizar el ROI. Asegurar que los canales y los clientes claves reciben un buen servicio y con condiciones competitivas.

- Generar información de P&L de los clientes para apoyar al equipo comercial.
- Analizar P & L por cliente y presentar los resultados. Identificar oportunidades y elevar al negocio.
_ Práctica_
- Manejo de reportes de inversión de G2N y precios.
- Apoyo en tareas de análisis de control de la estrategia de Precios desde el punto de vista financiero.
- Apoyar en tareas de análisis de control de la inversión de G2N.
- Liderar el proceso de calendario del área para proceso de TSM, liquidaciones y planeación comercial.
- Apoyar en la administración y soporte del sistema TSM (SAP).
- Administrar Sharpeoint del área.
- Administrar las listas de SKUS de precios por clientes en SAP.
- Soportar al área en creación de presentaciones de todo tipo.
Requisitos:
- Estudiantes de últimos semestres de Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos en Excel
- Manejo de inglés intermedioavanzado (deseable)
