Your ‘day to day’:

- Ensure sale targets achievement for the assigned coaches group, defining daily, weekly, monthly and annual objectives
- Supervise the assigned IQOS Coach group, and record the visit.
- Ensuring the correct execution of activities, supervising approach scripts, ensuring the fulfilment of daily goals of Prospects, GIFU, Lending and sales.
- Ensure the correct implementation and execution of the acquisition programs in the group of Face 2 Face agents assigned for the various brands of SFP. (Lending, scoring, GIFU, credit).
- Ensure the procedures for the cash collection, bank consignments and the use of security established by the Company.

Who we’re looking for:

- Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business.
- 2/3 years of experience in sales positions, as an executive or supervisor, leading indirect sales teams. Ideally in door 2 door models such as direct Sales, banking or financial services, collection model, or medical representatives.
- Experience in industries such as technology, electronic, or luxury products will be desirable.
- Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
