**Job Description**:
NSS LA project manager position is responsible for the leadership and delivery of major NSS programs for large, corporate, and/or global accounts within connected services business suites of offerings. This position requires self-initiative, ownership, excellent listening skills, commercial sensitivity, responsiveness, collaboration, time management and business acumen. This position is responsible for managing multifunction efforts to plan, implement, and support NSS solutions to address customer’s complex business issues. Manage the integration and/or development and execution of deliverables directly to the customer and in support of major enterprise-wide projects. Global collaboration and project/support coordination will be needed as required.

Primarly Responsibilities:

- Oversee all projects / program activities - commercially and technically.
- Act as primary contact to customer and NSS consultants
- Be able to receive assignments in the form of high-level objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals, while executing with excellence
- Development of project management methodology for initiation, planning, monitoring & control & Closing
- Responsible for successfully planning, controlling, and managing Customer Service Maintenance BU projects.
- Be able to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks associated with multiple parallel projects.
- Financial control of the contract or project in execution
- Define the activities of the team as well as acting as the interface among the team, the customer, and other areas of the company.
- Aiming at concluding the projects within defined deadlines, commercial and technical conditions established contractually.
- Ensures customer satisfaction on automation solutions by managing the details of overall project schedule, budget, and deliverable.
- Lead by example, striving continuous improvement, work ethic, resilience, fully commitment and project ownership.
- Team player

**Skills**:Bachelor’s degree // 3-5 years managing projects // Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated // Must be able to work in stressful /pace environment // Spanish and English speaking, able to manage meetings in both languages - Portuguese is a plus // negotiation skills
