Your ‘day to day’:
Cover the key points of sales in an identified area, take advantage of quality relationships with the Administrators or Leaders of the POS, as well as a deep knowledge of their points of contact to maximize customer loyalty with PMI and the services they should provide us, as well as obtaining their willingness to be ambassadors of our brands, in order to increase the market share of CT brands by focusing on the volume of the point of sale and product availability.

Guarantee excellence in execution through the logistics operation of its Key Account in charge and the POS of its regional, supporting the growth of the sellout.
- Guarantee the execution of the Perfect Store variables and the deployment of innovations through the OPL of its chain and the POS in charge.
- Coordinate the provision of the service by raising the needs of training alerts to guarantee the excellence in execution of the OPL merchants, seeking that the service provider guarantees a human, disciplined, competent, productive, aligned and motivated work team, which comply with the execution KPIs.
- Analyze the opportunities that come out of the customer data (Price), Logyca (OSA), commercial window, SO of your region / chain and effectively communicate this information to the service provider for immediate action in POS.
- Visiting, supervising and accompanying critical POS, generating solutions for the opportunities detected.
- Train and cascade OPLs on business strategies, innovations and plans according to the guidelines provided by PMI.
- Communicate in time the opportunities found in the POS in charge that must be solved with different areas of interaction (internal or external) to your Supervisor and/or Supervisor of KA.

Who we’re looking for:

- Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing or related careers.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles as commercial or trade (Modern channel) in consumer goods companies.
- Negotiation & Leadership Skills
- Great capacity for effective communication.
- Experience using technological tools (Office)
- English intermediate
- Driver's license
