Our Webhelp-Bogota office is looking for Sales Development Specialist with knowledge of technology products and services, good handling of CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), and a high level of Spoken English.


The vacancy is to be performed in the city of Bogota in a face-to-face manner from Monday to Friday under an indefinite contract modality.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 23 years of proven Sales experience, including new customer prospecting experience
  • Conversational English B2 or Higher
  • OEM, Reseller, VAR, or Channel experience a strong plus
  • Knowledge of data center server and commercial PC client solutions

Some of the Responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue Generation and Share of Wallet Growth
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Development of existing customers into named accounts
  • Lead generation and follow up
  • Territory Planning
  • Pipeline generation
  • Selling with channel and OEM partners
  • Talent pool and sales management
  • Customer Maintenance
  • CRM operations and maintenance
  • Establish NDAs (not sign the NDA)
  • Distribution of Marketing Newsletters for assigned Territories
  • Secure case studies and referrals
  • Results reporting
  • Voice of the customer feedback
