About the Role
Consulting Strategic Accounts play a crucial role in Dialectica's global business, with vast growth potential in the Americas region. We are seeking ambitious individuals for the Business Development Associate position to engage with leading business professionals.
The role, based in Bogota, focuses on expanding Dialectica globally, particularly in the Americas market, working closely with the Client Service team.
In collaboration with Client Service Account Managers, you will drive key account management, strategic mapping, lead generation, and commercial negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Dialectica's services
- Lead account strategic mapping and implement account-specific strategies
- Define strategies to build relationships with professionals and drive new user activation
- Support Client Service Team with account management orchestration
- Drive new client acquisition and engage with key stakeholders
- Position Dialectica's value proposition for new client sign-ups and project generation
- Assist in creating marketing material and custom content for key accounts
- Monitor news and target account updates for lead generation
- Own the complete sales life cycle process
Requirements
Our ideal Dialectica team member has:
- Undergraduate degree or higher with strong academic performance and extracurricular leadership
- 1-3 years of working experience in account management, customer success, business development, or sales
- Demonstrable research and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Enthusiasm for sales and advanced relationship building
