¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?

  • Recopilación de información de los clientes.
  • Llamar a los clientes para educarlos en el pago del copago de los servicios de laboratorio.
  • Dar seguimiento a los clientes respecto al pago del servicio.
  • Educar al cliente sobre el copago.
  • Guiar al cliente durante todo el proceso.
  • También pueden realizar algunos trabajos de cobranzas.

Habilidades requeridas:

  • Atención a los detalles.
  • Personalidad chispeante.
  • Alguien que tenga una personalidad cariñosa.
  • Imprescindible nível alto de inglés.
  • Bilingüe.
  • Alguien que sea capaz de seguir instrucciones.
  • 25 años de experiência, se prefiere experiência en servicio al cliente

Horario:
lunes a viernes de 10:00 am a 7:00 pm

Horario de entrenamiento:
lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm EST o 8.00 am a 5:00 pm EST
