**RedValley**, the fast-growing company in Medellín, is looking for a talented, and strategic, _ **Patient Coordinator**_ to join **Loop Medical Center**. We have partnered with an Interventional Pain, Vein, and Arthritis Management Clinic in Chicago, Illinois. The care team at Loop Medical Center prioritizes patients, listening to their stories and working to understand their pain. They use evidence-based therapy, offering the latest and most effective treatments for pain management.

**What You'll Do**
- Coordinating and scheduling new patient appointments according to doctors' schedules
- Importing and managing records for new and existing patients
- Obtaining necessary medical record information from referring providers to complete the new patient process.
- Follow up with patients for their existing and upcoming appointments
- Assigning documents such as orders, operation notes, consents, outside records, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems within the electronic medical record
- Documenting work processes as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader/managers.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Strong spoken and written English C1+
- 1+ Years of Experience in customer service in the healthcare industry
- Experience as a new patient coordinator is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Highly detail-oriented.

**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,300,000 per month
