Your 'day to day' as Senior Business Partner Finance


Responsible for working closely with Reduced Risk Products business unit creating a real and active partnership with both commercial and management by providing real-time support and analysis as a trusted business advisor and contributing that will assist in RRPs business decision-making.

This role autonomously handles all levels of stakeholders, leads the market actively by influencing day-to-day decisions and is the translator between finance and the rest of the organization.


  • Actively contributes to the delivery RRP strategy and financial/commercial targets to drive awareness, acquisition and retention, enhancing consumer value.
  • Assess impacts and scenarios through modelling, leading to sound proposals & decision making, contributing to optimally deploy our commercial engine model by ensuring timely and ontarget delivery consumer programs and channels.
  • Partner with commercial key stakeholders (e.g. Head of Marketing and Digital, Head of Customer Care, Head of Sales) to define ROI initiatives, drive/support investment decisions, and define metrics and targets. Provide with decision options to improve business results, based on clear commercial and other functional (e.g. fiscal) drivers. Identify trends and patterns to maximize channels ROI, based on data (e.g. ensure optimize channel mixes)
  • Translate strategic plan into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy and regional priorities, colead in key market projects and enable valuable investment decisions.
  • Identify trends and patterns to increase channels return on investment, based on data (e.g. ensure optimize channel mixes).
  • Based on market data recompilation provide insights and mentorship on main market assumptions to foster the revenue planning and forecasting cycle process.


Plan, lead and implement 360° RRPs pricing strategy: Provide direction to the management team with optimized action plans to drive the decision making.

Who we're looking for

  • A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Finance or similar.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in exposure to Commercial and Financial Planning, Business Strategy and Development areas. At least 4 years in strategic business partner positions, working very close with the business.
  • Working knowledge of Consumer databases: PowerBI, SAP, Excel.
  • People manager's experience or project management skills are a strong plus.
  • Ability to understand the needs of key partners.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills.
  • Is a must to have an understanding and confirmed experience in FCMG.
  • Fluent Level in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
