Main Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for desktop equipment, software, and hardware peripherals including setup and maintenance
  • Resolving issues related to hardware, software, and devices
  • Collaborating with vendors for system maintenance and issue troubleshooting
  • Offering support to both in-house and remote employees
  • Contributing to process enhancements and implementing best practices such as ITIL
  • Installing and troubleshooting software problems with various enterprise products and tools
  • Managing user accounts across multiple systems
  • Monitoring and addressing servicedesk tickets within predefined service levels
  • Assisting in the development and upkeep of service desk protocols and procedures
  • Providing training to employees on technology tools and products
  • Tracking and managing asset inventory
  • Creating technical documentation and generating reports
  • Analyzing common issues and recommending improvements in processes, configurations, or tools

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well individually and in a team setting
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and capability to take charge of project deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and overseeing work tasks
  • Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple duties simultaneously
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and skills
  • Precision, reliability, and adaptability
  • Strong communication abilities and people skills
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
