El Rol:


Como
Inbound Sales Executive serás el responsable de vincular y capacitar los comercios que llegan por el canal inbound de acuerdo a la meta de la empresa.


Deberás:

  • Vincular nuevos comercios de forma digital de diferentes sectores económicos.
  • Dar información inbound vía whatsapp, llamadas, y redes sociales por medio del aplicativo Kustomer.
  • Ofrecer los productos y servicios de Bold.
  • Fomentar el uso de los servicios de Bold por parte de los comercios vinculados.
  • Cumplir con la meta comercial asignada por la empresa.

  • Técnico, tecnólogo, profesional o estudiante de 5 semestre en adelante de carreras comerciales, administrativas y/o afines.
  • Mínimo un año de experiência en ventas y servicio al cliente por canales online / telefónico.
  • Experiência en servicio al cliente, ventas y marketing.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas ofimáticas.
