Step into a fulfilling role as a Inbound Sales, where you'll serve as the pivotal first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Your multifaceted responsibilities encompass responding to calls, expertly handling inquiries, facilitating lead bookings, and overseeing payment processing. We're on the lookout for an exceptionally dedicated and customer-centric team member committed to elevating customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate enduring relationships, gain a profound understanding of customer needs, and offer invaluable support to propel both client and company towards resounding success.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent English
- Experience in Sales
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Prior experience in plumbing or related industry is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Track record of over-achieving quota
Pay: $3,900,000 per month
