Overview of the Role
The
Sales Representative role is a transitional phase to the Senior role, meaning that if you do well, you'll have the opportunity to build a sales career path in the company.
Once you have built a strong customer portfolio and proven a successful track record, you will opt for a performance review to get promoted to the Senior role.
Compensation
Hourly rate USD 6 + Uncapped Commissions.
Commissions are based on a tiered model that accounts for the revenue that you bring to the company.
A Sales Representative can expect to be making around $23,000 USD per year, and if they excel at the role then $38,000 USD or more is also achievable
Your final compensation will depend on your placement on our Career Ladder and will be calculated hourly.

Responsibilities
- Managing open deals (leads).
- Making outbound calls to qualify new customers.
- Handling leads from qualification, to quoted and closed stages through single touch point interactions (endtoend sales cycle). When not possible, you will need to set the appropriate followup activities.
- Managing your customer pipeline through the usage of CRMs and other various tools.
- Sending quotes, clarifying questions, and closing deals to drive the Company's revenue.
- Using your sales expertise to mentor Junior Customer Specialists.
Must have
- 3+ years of advanced experience in B2C and/or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, customer rapportbuilding and closing skills.
- Ability to master new products and concepts quickly.
- Proven track record of endtoend pipeline management and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Ability to define and refine new sales processes.
- Attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills.
- Time management and discipline.
- Sense of urgency and multitasking skills.
- Being able to handle high work volume efficiently.
- Proven track record of closing deals, metric compliance, and proficiency on multistage endtoend sales cycles.
- Proficiency and fluency in English (business etiquette).
- Ability to work under pressure and dynamic target environments.
- Experience using CRMs, pipeline management or productivity tools like Pipedrive, Talkdesk, or Front among others.
- Previous fulltime remote work experience.
Nice to have
- Sales experience in general labor or the construction industry.
- Sales leadership and management experience.
Bootcamp
World-class Sales Training of 4 weeks including 1-1 sessions, constant mentoring, teamwork, practical use and understanding of our technical tools, and live exercises to develop abilities.

Availability
The position is full-time, based on 40 hours per week.
Availability Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST/CST/EST.
The expectation is to cover at least 40 scheduled hours that fall on any of the days mentioned above.
Most commonly this will mean working 4 days a week + plus 1 weekend day.

Stable high-speed internet connection: At least 5mbps upload and 20 Mbps download
