Su labor abarca desde la atención directa al paciente hasta tareas administrativas cruciales para el funcionamiento eficiente de Convatec.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Elaboración de la historia clínica digital a todo paciente que sea atendido en ConvaTec Medical Care y su correspondiente registro de evolución, ajustándose a las normas establecidas.
  • Solicitar, Revisar y registrar los documentos y soportes necesarios para la atención del paciente ante las aseguradoras.
  • Seguir el plan de tratamiento establecido y realizar cambios según la condición del paciente, siguiendo las guías y protocolos de práctica clínica de ConvaTec Medical Care para pacientes de baja, mediana y alta complejidad, así como pacientes nuevos.
  • Archivar las fotografías de seguimiento de pacientes en carpetas digitales (Por aseguradora, paciente y fecha).
  • Legalización diaria de los productos de ConvaTec.
  • Participar activamente en los procesos de capacitación continúa realizados para el personal interno de Convatec.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Enfermería
  • Experiência asistencial de 1 a 3 años (UCI, Urgencias, Cirugía, Hospitalización, Ambulatorio, clínica de heridas, ostomías)
  • Amplio conocimiento de los productos y servicios de Convatec
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbales y escritas
  • Habilidad excepcional de servicio al cliente y capacidad de multitarea bajo presión
  • Amplio conocimiento de protocolos de atención al paciente con heridas y ostomías
  • Habilidades técnicas y de seguimiento de los tratamientos de los pacientes e identificación de complicación
  • Atención al detalle, gestión de tiempo
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en equipo.
  • Excelente habilidad para trabajar autónomamente,
