Qué hará:

Prestar servicio a los clientes de la tienda Durante cada visita al cliente, realizar auditorías de seguridad alimentaria, mantenimiento previsible de los equipos, formación del personal del supermercado y demostraciones de productos in situ, así como gestión de inventarios y recomendaciones razonables sobre pedidos Mediante un proceso científico, garantizar el uso correcto de los productos y lograr un resultado de limpieza y control de la seguridad alimentaria de alto nivel. Impartir formación sobre los productos a los clientes y orientarles sobre su uso correcto, la realización de pedidos razonables y la gestión de inventarios. Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes de las tiendas y los socios de apoyo operativo y comunicarles con prontitud cualquier problema detectado durante el servicio en tienda Proporcionar comentarios rápidos y positivos sobre sus necesidades para lograr la satisfacción de los clientes Mediante la investigación in situ y el conocimiento profundo de las necesidades de los clientes, estar dispuesto a descubrir nuevos problemas, elaborar activamente y proporcionar soluciones mediante el trabajo en equipo, lo que resuelve eficazmente los problemas de los clientes y mejora la satisfacción y la confianza de los clientes hacia el servicio profesional de Ecolab. Gestionar eficazmente la instalación de equipos en las nuevas tiendas y terminarla a tiempo; completar las tareas de mantenimiento emergentes de forma inmediata y rápida. Requisitos Mínimos:

Estudiante de ultimos semestres o profesional en Alimentos o Ciencias de la Alimentación campo relacionado Debe tener la flexibilidad para atender llamadas de emergencia en la noche, durante los fines de semana y días festivos en función de las necesidades del cliente 1-2 años de experiencia en servicios de alimentación, hostelería o alimentación. Licencia de conducción vige

Cualificaciones preferidas:

Ojo crítico para la seguridad alimentaria Experiencia en ventas de campo preferida; Experiencia profesional en servicios de alimentación, hostelería o alimentación Conocimientos de seguridad alimentaria, aptitud mecánica y capacidad para atender las necesidades de equipamiento; Buen sentido del servicio; Buena capacidad de comunicación y resolución de problemas; Capacidad demostrada para obtener resultados y fuerte afán competitivo.
