The Position

  • Professional and consultative role partnering globally for talent acquisition, including sourcing, selection, and hiring.
  • Leads recruitment squads across regions and manages complex transformation projects.
  • Collaborates with People Relations, Business Partnering, and specialists for global recruitment initiatives.
  • Engages and upskills peers for mutual and organizational benefit.
  • Provides customized talent acquisition strategy, branding, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Drives endtoend global standardized recruiting process.
  • Proactively builds talent pools, utilizes applicant tracking and sourcing tools, and stays updated on recruitment trends.
Who you are

  • University degree and 5+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a corporate/biotech/pharmaceutical setting
  • Spanish and English fluency required (mandatory)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including effective communication, influencing, and partnering abilities.
  • High EQ and learning agility, capable of spotting patterns in people, processes, and influencing outcomes.
  • Technical expertise in diverse sourcing, direct sourcing, web recruitment tools, offer process/systems management, and proactive talent/candidate sourcing with various ATS systems, Workday and Phenom preferred
  • Possesses an enterprise mindset, excelling in ambiguous situations, and demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Consultative problemsolving skills, agile mindset, and a champion of change management.
