Principales responsabilidades

  • Brindar apoyo administrativo y las coordinaciones necesarias para el equipo de Talent Acquisition de Latinoamérica.
  • Coordinar las dinámicas o assessments que correspondan.
  • Coordinar y trabajar con otros equipos administrativos de ser requerido.
  • Proporcionar a los equipos de entrevista la información y materiales necesarios requeridos para el proceso de entrevista.
  • Coordinación de viajes, según requerido
  • Responsable de solicitar los antecedentes laborales según la legislación y políticas locales. Comunicar los resultados según corresponda.
  • Coordinar las actividades de reclutamiento y selección que sean necesarias para darle soporte a los Talent Acquisition Partners o al equipo en general.

Requisitos

  • Carrera universitaria concluida.
  • Dos años de experiência coordinando u organizando áreas, eventos o similares. Así como en funciones administrativas idealmente vinculadas a Recursos Humanos y/o Reclutamiento y Selección.
  • Experiência en el manejo de sistemas de ATS (applicant tracking systems) o CRMs. Deseable experiência manejando Workday.
  • Experiência trabajando con múltiples proyectos y tareas de manera simultánea.
  • Deseable: Inglés Intermedio

  • Habilidades de organización y priorización. Manejo administrativo.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escritas.
  • Capacidad de interacción a distintos níveles dentro de la organización.
  • Orientación al detalle y a la mejora continua. Proactividad.
  • Curiosidad tecnológica e interés en nuevos sistemas, herramientas y procesos.
  • Expertisse en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
