Propósito del Cargo


Recopilar, compartir y aplicar el conocimiento del shopper en la categoría y canal/cliente en los planes estratégicos, así como llevar las iniciativas de marketing pertinentes del shopper a la vida in-store, alineadas a las necesidades del canal/cliente, dando seguimiento a la ejecución de planes comerciales cada canal.


Un día en la vida de

  • Dar seguimiento a la ejecución de los planes comerciales definidos desde el plan comerciales integrado del año para la categoría, manteniendo constante comunicación con el equipo de ventas de cada territorio de ventas, buscando garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, planes de crecimiento, ejecución de campañas, material POP, entre otros.
  • Responsable de definir la planeación de la demanda para los diferentes canales.
  • Desarrollar la capacidad de las funciones comerciales (marketing, ventas, trade) para interpretar y traducir la información disponible en información que inspire el cambio de comportamiento del shopper y el compromiso del cliente con nuestros planes.
  • Monitorear e informar sobre las tendencias, implicaciones y oportunidades de los shoppers, aprovechando la red global y las herramientas de proveedores, clientes y Nestlé para guiar a los clientes internos y externos a la oportunidad de crecimiento futuro.
  • Desarrollar iniciativas para los shoppers con el fin de atraer y convertir a más compradores a la categoría y garantizar que el cambio de comportamiento deseado se entregue a través del diseño orientado a la comprensión, la comunicación y activación específicas en el punto de venta, asegurando la entrega de la foto del éxito y objetivos de estrategia de la categoría.
  • Además, mediante la asociación con marca y los equipos de ventas, obtendrá información de activación y comercialización de shoppers que respaldarán las iniciativas de categoría, el seguimiento del éxito y su optimización continua.
  • Desarrollar los procesos de Category Management definidos y en estado de priorización para la categoría asignada en conjunto con el cliente, buscando el crecimiento de la misma a través de iniciativas y soluciones integrales de cara al Shopper

Lo que te dará exito

  • Profesional con titulación en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, comercial y/o afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiência laboral, dentro de los cuales debe tener experiência de 3 años en áreas comerciales de Trade Marketing y Category.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, Nielsen Answers.)
  • Indispensable y opcional Dunnhumby.
  • Conocimiento en tendencias de categoría, canal y shopper.
  • Conocimiento en ICP (Plan Comercial Integral) y Category & Channel Planning.
  • Alta capacidad de interrelacionarse con posiciones claves al interior de la compañía y con clientes externos.
