We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our internal Human Resources team as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this role, you will be a key support member, contributing to our recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance our recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in a global software or services organization. Experience working in HR Technology or EOR organization is a plus.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) or HR software/tools.
