Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
Work Setup: Hybrid, Bogotá, and Medellin

Fueling Success: Your Impactful Duties

- Support the hiring of talented property and non-property team members
- Implement strategic recruiting initiatives
- Serve as an expert for our hiring managers and less experienced Talent Acquisition team members
- Work closely with (and report to) the Associate Director, PX Business Partnerships and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies that identify, attract, and secure top talent
- Embody and champion our Community Norms
- Deliver a world-class hiring experience
- Source and evaluate candidates for positions including leasing, housekeeping, guest experience, engineering, property leadership, customer service, analytics, sales, and more

Requirements
Elevate Your Profile: Essential Skills & Experience
- English: C1 proficiency
- Demonstrated experience autonomously managing high-volume recruiting needs for service-focused roles as well as specialized corporate and technical roles
- Expertise in sourcing exceptional passive and active candidates through various resources
- Prior experience with team mentorship or sharing best practices
- Familiarity with one or more applicant tracking systems
- Ability to develop, enhance, and implement recruiting processes and strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Proven initiative and ownership in a creative setting
- Maintenance of confidentiality
- Utilization of talent acquisition expertise to inspire action
