The Position we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the talent attraction process for commercial positions across LATAM. This role involves building and updating commercial profiles, designing interview guides for managers, training managers, and providing support during managerial interviews.

About Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the talent attraction process for commercial positions across LATAM.
- Build and continuously update commercial profiles to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Utilize profiling expertise to identify and attract top talent.
- Design standard interview templates and guides for managers to ensure a consistent and effective interview process.
- Train managers on best practices for interviewing and talent selection.
- Provide support and guidance to managers during the interview process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience

-Previous experience as a Headhunter or working in recruiting companies is a must.
-Strong understanding of the LATAM market and its unique talent acquisition challenges.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to design effective interview guides and training programs.
-Experience in training and supporting managers in the interview process.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Others Considerations:

This position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia, and you will be expected to attend our offices, located at Calle 100 #9a-45, at least twice a week. Please take this into consideration, as this aspect is non-negotiable.
