About the role

Consulting Strategic Accounts constitute an exciting and substantial element of Dialectica's global business.

We see significant growth potential in this segment, especially in the Americas region, resulting in opportunities for talented and ambitious business development individuals to work directly with some of the world's leading business professionals.


The Business Development Associate will be responsible for attracting new Strategic Consulting Accounts by prospecting new accounts/offices, creating original strategies to onboard new users, creating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, maintaining high client satisfaction and overall profitability.


This is a Bogota-based role that will focus on enabling Dialectica's further expansion globally, with focus on the Americas market; and will work closely & have regular interaction with our Client Service team.


In close collaboration with Client Service Account Managers, you will drive, as needed, key accounts management orchestration, strategic mapping of opportunities, lead generation initiatives, commercial negotiations, commercial excellence and capabilities building.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Dialectica's service portfolio
  • Lead account strategic mapping and help to identify opportunities, build and implement accountspecific strategies with the Client Service Team
  • Define strategies for increasing awareness and building relationships with target professionals to achieve new user activation
  • Support Client Service Team with account management process/orchestration
  • Drive new client acquisition through selective account targeting and identification of key stakeholders within accounts of interest
  • Engage with target professionals to understand their unique information needs and scope how Dialectica can support them
  • Position Dialectica's value proposition to ensure project generation, new client signups and maximize the use of our service from existing clients
  • Assist in the creation of marketing material and customized content for key accounts
  • Monitor news and target account updates to develop compelling content for leads
  • Take ownership of the complete sales life cycle process (prospect to project generation and client onboarding)

Requirements:

Our future Dialectica team member has

  • Undergraduate degree or higher with a solid academic performance and extracurricular leadership demonstration
  • 13 years of working experience preferably with exposure in account management, customer success, business development or sales
  • Demonstrable research and problem solving capabilities combined with a proactive, selfstarter attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Natural drive and enthusiasm for sales and advanced relationship building skills
