Funciones:

  • Capaz de resolver todos los problemas de nível 1 y mantener sistemáticamente un alto nível de resolución en la primera llamada.
  • Gestionar todos los tickets de llamadas de servicio abiertos por clientes internos/externos, realizando un seguimiento desde el inicio del ticket hasta su resolución.

Requisitos:

  • 12 años de experiência en IT HelpDesk.
  • Inglés
  • Licenciatura en Informática o experiência equivalente.
  • Solución de problemas de software y hardware, sistema operativo Windows y Microsoft Office (Excel+).
  • Experiência en redes / CCNA, Networks+.CompTIA A.
