Senior Finance Systems Support Specialist

Job Purpose

To provide high-level support for the day-to-day administration and tier two support of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and proprietary procurement platform.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure both systems remain functional and up-to-date.
  • Support end users to ensure they can operate in alignment with standard operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the business to develop solutions aligned to product roadmaps.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide second-tier end-user support for both platforms.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.
  • Support the tier-one team members in day-to-day operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with the internal transformation team to drive business outcomes.
  • Understand operational processes and champion best practices.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure instruction and scheduling are aligned with business needs.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically D365 FO.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and concepts.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful system support and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Desirable: SQL knowledge and experience with data analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users across multiple worldwide markets and at all levels of seniority.
