The position

This is a full-time remote Sales Development Representative role at TDX Digital Acceleration. This role is responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Our Sales Development Rep plays a vital role in our team - known for quick engagement, asking the right questions, and developing relationships with prospects and existing customers.

What you will be doing:

· Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries

· Be the first point of contact for inbound emails and calls

· Execute projects and initiatives for prospecting, lead development, and account retention

· Engage current users to identify new opportunities

· Create compelling email messages that capture attention and encourage engagement

· Effectively partner and work across the Marketing, Service, Sales, and Operations teams

· Work closely with direct sales team to ensure accurate, timely communication

· Represent company, engage with prospects, and collect lead information at conferences

· Record all activities in CRM (Salesforce.com)

· Provide internal feedback on projects in progress to management

· Conduct customer prospecting through events, calls, databases, social networks and email.

Qualifications:

· University or college degree, or an acceptable combination of education and experience

· 1 – 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B tech company

· Excellent verbal, written and phone communications skills, with a strong interest in directly contacting customers via phone and email

· It must have English proficiency at a level higher than C1.

· Experience and comfort using digital selling tools

· Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM is a plus
