Position Summary:


We are rapidly growing our paid search book-of-business and therefore looking to add an experienced PPC Specialist who can help conduct campaign audits, configurationscreations, optimizations and reporting for our clientele using mainly Google and Microsoft Ads while Facebook and LinkedIn Ads are secondary.


Client communication is predominantly owned by our Customer Success Team but the PPC Specialist is expected to jump on client calls as needed to help communicate campaign strategies, provide performance updates or support with technical troubleshooting.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and identify relevant keywords to formulate strategic account structure aligned with established campaign KPIs
  • Own the monitoring, optimization and management of assigned accounts across all PPC channels
  • Own measurement and tracking from endtoend within Google Ads, Analytics and Call Tracking for paid channels through the definition of campaign goals
  • Own costperlead and costperacquisition optimization, focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROAS/ROI
  • Plan and create compelling ad copy to drive performance while adhering to client's brand guidelines
  • Plan and develop A/B split tests to derive learnings and improve account performance
  • Create and run landing page optimization tests to increase conversion volume and quality of leads generated
  • Set up and configure live crosschannel campaign dashboards for clients and compile monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations
  • Support account managers as needed during weekly/monthly client calls and ad hoc technical assistance
  • Remain on top of the search industry and up to date with new betas, feature releases and overall changes to the SEM landscape.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company i.e. Web & SEO team, account managers, account executives, etc.

Requirements:

  • English fluency (C1-C2 level) both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience and a proven track record in paid media management managing budgets over $20,000/mo via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads are a plus but not a requisite)
  • Ability to implement conversion, call and pixel tracking as well as integrating GTM and Google Analytics
  • Proficient with data analysis in Google Analytics and reporting software
  • Have a good understanding of SEO and the strong synergies between organic and paid search
  • Have worked in a similar role at a reputable US target market focused agency
  • Highly organized, motivated and a selfstarter with a strong ownership of work, reliable and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Must possess an intrinsic curiosity and drive to maintain current skills and knowledge while also pursuing new knowledge of the everchanging digital marketing landscape
  • Ready to dive in and collaborate with the best in the field
  • Certifications required are: Google Ads (all), Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics

Compensation and Growth Potential:

The salary will depend on qualifications and prior work experience.

Besides a competitive base salary a bonus structure can be expected based on customer retention, account growth and target achievement.
