In this remote role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify potential clients, create a sales pipeline, build strong relationships, and promote our services to organizations seeking top software talent in onshore locations, primarily in the United States and Europe. Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and proactively seek out potential clients in need of staff augmentation services for software technical human resources

Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, market trends, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their specific software technical human resource needs

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to the management team

Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in the software technical resource landscape to effectively communicate the value of our services.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in remote sales of a minimum of 8 years, preferably within Strong knowledge and understanding of staff augmentation of software technical resources in the United States and European markets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients

Native or near-native level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time effectively

Experience in utilizing remote sales tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies to track and manage sales activities

Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and leverage opportunities effectively

Bachelor's degree in Business and/ or Marketing (preferred but not required).
