About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and optimizing base sales, new product development, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Sales Execution: Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Promotional Activities: Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Point of Buying Materials Placement: Implement point of buying materials placement and ensure effective execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on activities and provide insights to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid Knowledge of Sales and Negotiation Processes: Understand sales and negotiation processes to drive business growth.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Sales Experience Required: Proven sales experience in the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Perseverance and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate perseverance and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
