Your Role:

Llevar a cabo el proceso general de facturación (introducción de valores para facturación y comprobación de crédito) y FSL de productos, garantizando acciones oportunas y una gestión adecuada de los procesos financieros de acuerdo con las directrices corporativas.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Recibir, analizar e interpretar los requisitos del cliente por parte del CCL y buscar las mejores opciones operativas para satisfacer sus necesidades y requerimientos.
  • Manejar las especificaciones del cliente y mantener listas de verificación detalladas para el cliente / carga.
  • Gestionar las tareas de importación y/o exportación dentro del sistema operativo, como por ejemplo ingreso de estatus, cortes de guías, preparación de documentos, entre otras tareas localizadas en los diferentes sistemas de KN, también la recopilación, control y conocimiento de los procesos relacionados con las cargas de los clientes. Es su responsabilidad tener un buen mantenimiento de BPA y evitar que las tareas cambien a estatus vencidas.
  • Asegurar que al manejar un embaque, las cotizaciones correspondientes estén en creadas y sean correctas en el sistema, para que puedan procesarse fácilmente los envíos sin ingresar ningún cargo manualmente.

  • Dependiendo del equipo al que esté asignado, poseer conocimientos especiales sobre productos especiales como Aviación, Perecederos, Productos farmacéuticos y otros.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Técnico, Tecnólogo o Profesional en Comercio Internacional, Comercio Exterior, Logística o Carreras afines.
  • Experiência mínima de 1 año manejando operaciones de importación y exportación en Agentes de Carga.
  • Deseable experiência con flete aéreo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, fines de semana y festivos.
  • Inglés intermedio.
