Requiere Knowledge Management y Service Desk con mas de 2 años de experiência en servicio de administración del módulo y proceso de knowledege realizando el apoyo en gestión y pruebas de SLA's, configuración de Alarmas de SLAs en Yarvis Manuales y documentación de procesos.
Ofreciendo apoyo eficientemente al proceso de Incident Management y maneja el proceso de Service Request Fulfillment Management.Algunas de sus funciones son:
- Integridad data de la BD Yarvis.
- Apoyo en pruebas de improvements Yarvis Mantenimiento y mejora continua al portal web de servicio y app móvil.
- Adición y modificación de banners en el home de YARVIS y App móvil.
- Brindar seguimiento a la operacion de manera oportuna según las indicaciones previas.
- Apoyo en gestión y pruebas de SLA's
- Configuración de Alarmas de SLAs en Yarvis Manuales y documentación de procesos.
