We're looking for a
Service Desk Analyst who responds to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronic means; possesses excellent communication skills to document and communicate their findings, internally and externally.

What are the daily tasks?
- Interact with customers and must be able to communicate at a technical and nontechnical level with peers, management, and customers.
- Categorize, prioritize, and gather necessary information about each reported issue.
- Resolve or redirect issues for resolution within the service level agreement timeframe.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Function as the first point of contact for all network and serverrelated issues.
- Proactively monitor customer environments for faults, failures, and performance issues.
- Resolve all incidents and service requests that have been previously documented or can be resolved with little investigation.
- Ensure customer contact is regularly updated with information regarding progress in resolving their issue.
- Escalate higherlevel issues to appropriate resources for indepth investigation.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with engineers on shift to ensure tickets are addressed.

Requirements:
- Associate degree in a network or systemsrelated field, or comparable experience
- At least 2 years of experience with help desk or network support preferred
- Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory for reset/unlocks
- Previous exposure to Cisco network devices and Windows servers
- VMWare or Citrix knowledge helpful
- Net+ certification helpful
- CCNA preferred
- Strong English written and verbal communication required
