The Senior Manager of Procurement, Talent & Capabilities will be responsible for supporting the development of new and existing learning materials related to supplier relationship management, category management, sourcing, source-to-settle, and innovation, among others. Additionally, this individual will define and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives to enhance the department's performance in various aspects such as risk management, innovation, environmental and social responsibility, and procurement process efficiency. They will also ensure alignment of Procurement's learning resources with the broader learning path of the New Consumer Health Company, focusing on key areas like business knowledge, financial proficiency, and collaboration. Agility is a key trait for this role. The Senior Manager of Procurement, Talent & Capabilities will collaborate closely with the Procurement Excellence Leadership Team, Shared Services, HR, and other departments within the New Consumer Health Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop top-notch procurement talent management and learning resources for the company, providing a competitive edge.
  • Establish the link between the procurement learning journey and the overall company learning trajectory, as well as the corporate strategy.
  • Create business justifications for investing in learning within the function, while optimizing the utilization of company-wide solutions.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of the Procurement's learning journey and talent management on a global scale.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, HR, or a related field.
  • Solid background of at least 2 years in learning and talent management.
  • 2+ years of implementing best practices and learning solutions.
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication, influence, and collaboration.
  • Proven experience in identifying and utilizing customer-centric innovative approaches.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Science) with an additional MBA or similar master's qualification.
  • Experience in the fast-paced consumer goods industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams through organizational changes.
