THE JOB AT A GLANCE


This remote-hybrid role offers the ability to have a significant impact by providing guidance to Carbon Health's rapidly expanding international corporate and technical organization supporting key leaders and teams in Colombia.


Your impact will be evident through your consultation and guidance to leadership resulting in strong relationships that will allow for increased improvements and effectiveness within program delivery on an enterprise-wide scale including multiple business units.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as HR site lead for the new Carbon office in Bogota
  • Provide strategic guidance as a trusted partner to key leaders & collaborate to design people and organizational strategies aligned with business goals and values
  • Influence and help design organizational development/effectiveness initiatives and interventions and drive improvements through partnership with leadership within multiple functional areas
  • Partner with business leaders, Finance and Talent Acquisition to create and execute on headcount plans
  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to create and execute on organizational growth and development plan for the People function
  • Harmonize policies and practices between the US based launchpad functional teams and our dynamic and expanding Colombia based team.
  • Partner with payroll and benefit providers on a regular basis.

ABOUT YOU:

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (some consulting background and/or leadership experience preferred)
  • You have a "GSD" (get stuff done) mentality
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal
  • Deep knowledge of LATAM employment laws and practices
  • You have demonstrated experience delivering integrated HR solutions within a fastpaced, dynamic, unstructured environment using strong influence skills with an executive presence, yet also approachable
  • You have experience in leadership coaching, organization effectiveness, team dynamics, leadership development, management/leadership effectiveness, and facilitation
  • You are process and metrics oriented, and use data to lead your business recommendations and decisions
  • Experience in direct recruiting and immigration a plus
  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
