Custom Doors is hiring an accountant to work full-time in a remote position with our team in Miami.

We are looking for an Accountant to aid in all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

This new team member must be available to travel to San Pedro Sula, Honduras, every 15 days to make in-person audits at our Factory there.


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
  • Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts.
  • Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data.
  • Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Must be TEAMoriented.
  • Experience with Quickbooks accounting software is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Highly detailoriented.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)
