Job Description:

As a Junior AR Accountant, you'll support the Finance and Accounting team in managing cash flow, invoicing, and revenue collections to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your success will be gauged by the company's ability to pass financial audits and produce reports by the 15th of every month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience (internship included)
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle AR experience in hospitality or property management
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced functions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment
